In simple terms, we start with online data like most providers do — but we don’t stop there. We take that information and verify it against a trusted offline database, so we’re not just relying on unconfirmed online sources.
A lot of data companies use what’s called “coreg” data, which usually isn’t checked against offline records at all. We weren’t comfortable with that, so we built our own system to make sure the details you get are as reliable and up‑to‑date as possible.
A lot of well‑known data companies — like ZoomInfo, Apollo, and Seamless — actually rely on white‑labeled or repackaged versions of the same big data sets. In other words, many of them are pulling from similar sources and simply layering their own interface on top.
We take a very different approach. We own and source our core data sets directly, and all of our cleaning, verifying, and updating happens in‑house. That means we can incorporate data from places like Apollo or ZoomInfo when it’s useful — but we only include it if it meets our accuracy standards, and we decide exactly where and how it fits into our builds.

GDPR is mostly focused on Europe. We don’t run any intent‑based campaigns in the EU, and the limited B2B data we do have for Europe is handled in a GDPR‑compliant way.

• Skip tracing: This is where we take one contact and make sure it matches across multiple trusted data sets. Our skip‑trace process pulls from 20+ sources, so a number has to be consistent everywhere before we accept it.
• NCOA checks: To keep home addresses accurate, we run everything through the National Change of Address database. It’s a slow and expensive process, but it ensures we always have the most up‑to‑date address. We run this roughly once a quarter.
